1967 Chevrolet El Camino-RARE-lots of options-great driver! NO RESERVE!
Description
Recently in on trade and selling here with NO RESERVE is my 1967 Chevrolet Malibu El Camino with lots of desirable and super rare options!
Let's go over what drivetrain and options the car has, per the previous owner:
The car has a new, smooth running, and strong 350 V-8 engine and a new nice, firm shifting TH350 automatic transmission, new exhaust, and new shocks
The car has power steering, power brakes, air conditioning, bucket seats and console, and nicely functioning FACTORY POWER WINDOWS (Extremely rare!)
The car has brand new tires and wheels on it with ZERO miles on them-just installed last week-it has all new RaceStar Industries 15x10's in the rear and RaceStar 15x4's in the front with new tires front and rear also with brand new lug nuts and washers.
I have driven this old car approximately 500 miles myself and recently on a 250 mile round trip, with no mechanical issues whatsoever-the a/c worked when I first started driving it and has since quit-not sure what's going on with it. All of the head lights, tail lights, and turn signals work as they should so you can drive this one home if you want!
If someone is wanting to build a show quality car out of it, the car needs the lower quarters/bedsides replaced and the car has a vinyl top with some bubbling showing beneath the top so I'm sure it will need attention at some point. It has a small half dollar sized rusty place in the rear of the passenger floor pan and some paint bubbling at the very bottom of the back of the front fenders. These things can all be fixed and relatively cheaply so, with patch panels, especially if you can do your own labor. If it were me, I'd leave it alone and enjoy it as-is or tinker on it as I drive and enjoy it. You don't find these old cars with good options too often anymore for reasonable money that you can hop in and go anywhere and not have to worry about a ding or dent in a parking lot and still not be ashamed of them-this is a real cool old school muscle car that is sure to get TONS of attention wherever you go!
I have described this old car as honestly and accurately as I know how-if you have questions, I am asking that you contact me PRIOR to auction's end, especially if you're the high bidder. If you are genuinely interested and my description doesn't satisfy you, I strongly encourage you to come look it over yourself or have someone come look it over for you-I am not taking/sending any more pictures as I don't have time for that-I've described it such that you shouldn't need all that. This El Camino is being sold AS-IS/WHERE-IS with NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER! There is a $1,000 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT due within 24 hours of auction's end to ensure you are a serious, legitimate bidder. The winning bidder is to contact me within 24 hours of auctions end to make me aware of balance payment and transport arrangements and balance payment is due within 7 days of auction's end. Bidders with feedback less than 20, please contact me prior to bidding and we will speak on the phone-I've had terrible luck with folks having low feedback and not following through with the purchase at the end of the auction. Bid to win on this one as with all of my personal auto auctions on eBay, I am letting this one go with NO RESERVE! Also while you're here, check out my unbelievably nice 55 2 door post Chevy project car with 496 Big Block on a basically all new chassis that I have re-listed for this week. Good luck and happy bidding!
This El Camino is located at 3133 US HWY 25E in Middlesboro, KY diagonally across from the Pilot Truck Stop-if you can find the Pilot in Middlesboro, you're basically across the street from us!
