Description

1967 Dodge Dart 270. It has been completely rebuilt over the last 5 years. Less than 250 miles on everything (including engine and transmission) Original build sheet, fender tag, differential, and numbers matching transmission can go with it.
Fitech fuel injected car with wide band O2 sensor installed. This fuel injection system is self learning and is completely adjustable. Has a gauge por that sticks to the windshield. Can be unplugged and stored (actual module mounted to throttle body), does not need to be on to run the car for a classic look but reliability and streetability of fuel injection.
(Not original engine) 1970 340 ci mopar small block bored .030 over with a Lunati bracket master II .292 duration cam. Edelbrock performer aluminum intake manifold, J code heads with 2.02 valves and a 3 angle valve job, MSD pro-billet E-Curve distributor and blaster 2 coil. 8mm Taylor coil wire with matching blue wires. Hedman full length headers to 3" dual exhaust that dumps into 2 magnaflow stainless steel mufflers. Has a Summit Racing Mini-starter on it and has DEI heat wrap over it. Has DEI heat sleeves over the spark plug boots. Mopar Performance cast aluminum valve covers and air cleaner. Morosothick reusable valve cover gaskets and T-handle hold downs.
New TCI Streetfighter A904 transmission with automatic/manual valve body. Has a Hughes racing 3200 stall converter. Bowler transmission cooler with braided steel cooler lines. Has a Lokar custom kick down (throttle valve) cable installed.
Custom length 8.8 rear differential with 3.73 limited slip gearing. Custom length driveshaft with 1330 u-joints.
Champion 3 core aluminum radiator with dual 10" fans ran by the Fitech module.
4 wheel disc brakes with wilwood manual proportioning valve and all new rust resistant brake lines. 4 Centerline style wheels (Jegs 15x8) with BF Goodrich tires.
New fuel tank and sending unit with 3/8 -6 steel braided fuel line running through a Holley Blue inline fuel pump (primed by Fitech module). Has steel 3/8 hard line for return fuel.
Powder coated K-member and front suspension components. Upgraded to big ball joint upper control arms. New wheel bearings and hubs. Rock Auto new power steering pump and gear. KYB gas-adjust shocks. All new street scene urethane bushings in everything including leaf springs and strut rods. Torsion bars turned down and aligned to give that tucked tire look.
Dynamat under the new carpet and dyna liner on the roof. Seats reupholstered using Classic Industries black vinyl (have original date codes covers) split bench seats. Dash pad is original with no cracks! Found the build sheet under the rear seat during the tear down.
Car was brought down to bare metal and the body straightened out.New quarter panels installed and completely repainted. Original color was KK medium turquoise. New color is a custom mix for me. Is Sublime green with some blue added. Will include leftover paint and paint code. No other rust on the car!
Does need a couple things to be completely finished. Have a new headliner and everything to install - bows, clips, sail panels, and black vinyl liner (will include).
Is missing the hood emblem, fender mount turn signals, wiper motor wiring pigtail, passenger arm rest pads, left rear tire rubbed the quarter panel and scored the tire. The trim is original, not cheap reproduction. Has some dents, scratches, and dings.
The chrome thermostat housing started seeping. Again. As they say "chrome won't get you home!"
I have more pics of the car, including some during the build process pictures.
Nothing has been modified to where it can't be returned to original per the build sheet.
