Description

1961 dodge wm300 power wagon . This truck is a great start to a restoration or preservation being that it is rust free and complete. The engine turns over and I did fire it off by pouring fuel down the carb . It has the larger 251 engine . It also has factory power brakes. This truck spent it's life in the dry climate of Taft california working in the oil patch running electrical cable . It has a reinforced frame after the cab that is very nicely done . At some point kids smashed the windows . It comes with new glass ready to install . The wheels on the drivers side are from a 1/2 ton truck and have the incorrect offset . I have supplied two correct wheels. I also have included an additional spitfire head for the truck because it looks like the head that is on it has been welded at one time .... that kind of stuff bothers me and the spitfire head is cool .. so swap it out if you like . The lower radiator tank is damaged so that will need attention . The truck does have a vintage ford flatbed on it with the ford script . It has been sitting for many years so expect to do the required service to revive it . Please note : the truck is sold as is/ where is with a bill of sale only . Title is long gone . Feel free to ask questions .

On Dec-09-18 at 09:26:03 PST, seller added the following information:

The frame reinforcement was done bolting a 1/8" plate to the outside of the frame . It looks like it can be easily removed . The very rear of the frame has been lengthened to accommodate the longer flatbed . Looks like they lengthened it about 10" and welded the original section back on . Easy fix for someone with cutting and welding skills . The stock fuel tank has been relocated behind the cab . See additional photos
