Description

This is a 1969 Ford Torino GT Sportsroof. It came with a 428-4V Cobra Jet engine with Ram Air, a four speed close ratio manual transmission, and a 3.50 Traction-Lok 9" rear end. The engine and all engine hardware are missing. The transmission, shifter, and all associated hardware are missing. The 9" rear is intact. The car was built in Atlanta on 11/21/68, and sent to Dudley Davis Ford Company in Alexander City, Alabama. It was originally Black Jade with a Light Nugget Gold interior with bucket seats. It had F70x14 Wide Oval Belted white sidewall tires, power steering, and an AM radio. All vehicle specifics were verified by a report from Marti AutoWorks. (Marti Report). This report will be provided to the buyer.
The hood will need to be replaced, and the floor has issues in the front and rear, and the front part of the transmission tunnel. There is some rust in the bottoms of the fenders, but it is repairable. The quarters are straight, but do have some minor rust issues in the lower areas. the passenger side door is badly rusted and will need replacement. The deck lid is in good shape. Some repair work will be needed on the tail panel. Inside the trunk area is solid. The body is not painted; it is in red oxide primer.
The front bucket seats are missing. This car didn't come with a console. Door panels, a spare dash pad (possibly recoverable), and a few other parts are in the trunk.
This vehicle was sold new in Alabama and has been in GA since at least the early 1980s. Neither state required a title. I do not have a title, but can provide a GA Bill of Sale.
