Up for Sale is a 1990 Mustang LX Pro Street. This unique FoxBody was built in the mid 1990's as a 10.5 tire grudge car and ran in the 9's then converted into a pro street in the early 2000's. There was alot of updated features and fab but not too much to take it out of the pro Street era. Still retains all the power features but no heater or wipers.Since there is way too much too list, I'll start wit the basics and ANY ADDITIONAL INFO AND PICS I'll be happy to pass your way..The all steel body is super straight and is painted with PPG True Blazberry over a blue base. Subtle body mods are tastefully done like the filled antenna hole and paint matched Ed Quay Aluminun wing. The rear quarter panels stretched and massaged to fit the 16.50X31 rear Mickey Thompson ET Steet tires.Front polished Weld Forged Alumi Stars wrapped with M/T tires. The rotors are new as well as the Wilwood front calipers W/ Cerkote bronze ceramic coating. Tons detailed undercarriage parts chromed and polished like the Ladder Bars, driveshaft, wing supports and parachute mount. all exterior Hardware was convereted to are 12pt stainless where i was able. The interior is full custom with mutli color patterns and you cant have a 2000's prostreet car with out the use of tweed! every interior piece is either wrapped or painted and flows nicely around the 10pt mild steel cage also painted to match(cert is expired but could pass with ease). Full array of Auto Meter gauges housed in Florida 5.0 gauge pods. Interior features also include flush mounted methanol controller from Snow Performance. Billet power window switches relocated in center console while the Billet door bezels fit right in with the theme. A functional parachute pull is mounted on the left door bar.
On to the engine bay. This is where alot of the cars fab work and updating has happened.. all panels are hand made, not a kit that you can buy online. The shock tower panels/wheel wells were formed and raised to give it a one-off look. fire was smoothed to the fullest with all the fuel lines, isolators and regulator housed under the cowl panel where lines exit from the firewall as well as the methanol injector line. The install of the manual wilwood master cylinder, and fabricated,polished filler plates around the steering column with one-off machined aluminum reservoir. To finish off the engine bay is a hand formed polished aluminum radiator shroud housing the electric fans and 3 row aluminum radiator. All this is nestled under the filler panel that is shaped and contoured to mimic lines of the hood. The entire bay is painted to match the exterior paint for a seamless transition from body to bay. Till this day, its one of the smoothless, well thought foxbody engine bays you will ever set your eyes on. Tucked wire harness and plumbing was a must. Althought the car was built with a 6" removable cowl hood, the car is rarely seen with the hood installed. Late last month we showed it at the World Of Wheels Show in Boston and took a few 1st place trophies Including best street Machine. This car shows well but all things considered, its a street car and it has been driven!!
