1992 Land Rover Defender 90 Soft top
This 1992 Defender 90 Soft top is a BEAST! It is right hand drive, which always gets so much attention in the states. This badass Defender was imported from the UK and it abides by all customs regulations and has the original matching VIN numbers. It is already registered and titled in the United States in the state of Kansas in Johnson County. VIN of the car is; SALLDVAF7JA91136. Ebay doesn't accept European VIN, that's why the VIN isn’t entered correctly above. Correct VIN of the car is the one here which matches the VIN on the engine and chassis per customs requirements.FOR more information/photos or to facetime to see this Defender, please call nine-one-three, two-2-six, 7-three-five-8 --Stephanie

BEAST MODE
This thing is a BEAST and I mean a beast! I drive it daily and it rides great for a daily driver but it is ready for some bad ass off-roading. It has a sticker with a RACMSA/FIA label. According to my research, I found that RACMSA/FIA, now the MSA, is basically the governing body for motorsports in the UK. https://www.msauk.org/
Wikipedia info on RACMSA/FIA: The Motor Sports Association (MSA) is recognized as the sole motor sport governing body for the United Kingdom by the world governing body, theFédération Internationale de l'Automobile(FIA). However many popular short circuit motorsport disciplines in the UK are not covered, such as Banger Racing,Autograssand Hot Rod Racing.
As the governing body, the MSA is responsible for the governance and administration of all major forms of motor sports in the UK, controlling the technical and sporting rules across the various disciplines.
It is not concerned with solo motorcycle orsidecarcompetitions, which are governed by theAuto-Cycle Union.
The MSA implements these rules, known as the General Regulations, to govern the conduct of motor sports at national level. These rules are made and amended by the Motor Sports Council, which is the 'parliament' of motor sports, while the MSA acts as the 'civil service' in times of need and to ensure safety of the General Public.
It administers the licensing of 34,000 competitors, 10,000 volunteers and officials and the 5,000 events taking place in the UK each year.

Fitted with Sabelt http://www.sabelt.com/en and Stockbridge Racing Harnesses that appear to be FIA approved harnesses based on my research. Windows are labeled SICIRSIV tempered. I was unable to find very much information about what that means other than it appears it is an Italian glass company that also makes windows for Ferrari, BMW, Alpha Romeo and Porche. My assumption would be that these windows are also FIA certified for racing because I do not believe they are the factory windows from Land Rover. It has some sort of vehicle security system fitted. It is labeled Cobra. http://cobracartech.co.uk/ I have never used it and have no clue if it even works or what it does but I can provide additional photos for anyone who is interested in this feature. It is fitted with a snorkel, heavy duty roll cage with I believe is FIA certified. It has mach 5 style rims with a HEAVY duty front tubular bumper/fender, HD steering guard, HD rocksliders, raised side exit exhaust, swing away spare wheel carrier, alloy gear and difflock knobs.
Chassis/Structural
Cleaned and fully inspected and repaired. The rear cross member was completely removed and a new one welding in to replace. We ensured the chassis VIN was preserved during this process. A full shultz underseal completed the process to ensure long term protection.
The process is more time consuming and more expensive than using a replacement chassis but it retains the original chassis VIN and the result is a very structurally strong reliable chassis.
I currently use this as a daily driver and it is reliable as hell! Which if you know anything about Defenders, that is saying something special! I have never personally taken it off-roading but I am sure it could go from the highway, to the side roads to the rugged terrain with ease.
