Defender 90 Assessment
Finished in original Land Rover Mid Grey with an Alpine White roof, which can only be described as simply a beautiful combination. Land Rover with only age related wear. As with any older vehicle, please expect a flaws and imperfections that come with age and mileage. Mechanically, this Defender is in great running and driving condition. Runs and drives flawlessly. The Defender starts easily and runs smoothly with every turn of the key. The suspension feels tight and well sorted, steering and braking perform to satisfaction, as they should. The power steering is crisp and true. The engine makes great power and feels strong throughout the power band. Low-end torque is impressive.
The interior of this Defender is in excellent original condition. The Interior features almost new Exmore trim seats, which include a center cubby box with cup holders. Minor modifications include a three spoke Mono leather steering wheel with a slim line boss. Floor Pans are solid and in very good shape with Defender floor mats.
Body and Exterior
The body is aluminum on top of a steel chassis. Complete with height adjustable rear tow hook making it as practical as a land Rover should. New Land Rover front grill inserts and checkered plate on the wing tops. This Defender has a great stance and looks stylish modern sitting nicely on factory Land Rover Alloy 16" rims with 30mm wheel spacers. Complete with a full size spare alloy wheel, which is secured nice and tight in the rear cab.
Brakes and Running Gear
All the brakes and running gear work properly, the disc brakes and parking brake hold the vehicle as it is meant to. Equipped with powered-assisted steering, which really make it fun and a pleasure to drive for an old Land Rover. The clutch operates correctly, the original gearbox shifts and works properly.
