Description

Own a beautiful 1977 Mercedes 300D, a two owner sedan with all the maintenance records. Classic yellow original paint and hubcaps. Immaculate interior. All original with only ~164,474 original miles.
I purchased this car from the original owner about 6 years ago at about around 140,000 miles. Cruises quite and smooth at 70mph. Very nice ride. The interior is incredible, seats, headliner, and dash are close to perfect being almost 40 years old. The paint is good but up close you can see cat claw scratches. It need a good buffing.
Clark with Precision Maintenance in Georgetown said he was working on these cars in the mid 1980s with over 250,000 miles. He recommends replacing the motor mounts (parts costs $42), shifter grommets, and it's time for a brake job. Otherwise this car is awesome.
I do not want to sell it, but need the room in the garage.
