FJ40

Description

This FJ40 was a complete frame off restoration in 2014 performed by well known and highly respected FJ40 expert, Chris Wade. Prior to restoration this was an original, rust free, New Mexico car. It is in showroom condition!! Since the restoration, the car has been driven minimally and is stored in a temperature controlled garage. The front seat cushions were replaced and the seats reupholstered. All new seat belts. All new rear jump seat assemblies. After market AC from Cool Cruisers looks authentic and works perfectly. A center console was also added. The rest of the interior is original and in excellent condition. A sound deadening material was installed under the brand new, factory molded,one piece mat with new honeycomb mats on top.

• All exterior lights and signals were replaced and new seals where necessary.
• New fog lamps.
• New front bumper
• New BFG all terrain tires with new matching spare.
• New brake discs

Engine refresh includes but not limited to:

• Rebuilt power steering
• New hoses, filters, plugs etc.
• Clean manifold
• New fan clutch
• New air cleaner
• Oil pan resealed
• New water pump
• Modified windshield wiper assembly
• Clean skid pan

In short, this is a very special car. It drives beautifully with a flawless transmission. It will be difficult to part withthis car.
