Description

1981 Golden Anniversarylimited edition. This has been a California car up until it moved into storage in Nashville in 2006. Never had and still no rust anywhere. Runs excellent with onlyabout 5,000 miles since the engine was rebuilt. I have owned since 2002 and havereplaced/installed all of the following:
new front end bushings andballs jointsIAP lowering springsnew catalysttiming beltradiator hosesair flow meternew rotors, master cylinder, brake hoses, and calipers rebuilt (all four corners)water pump, low temp radiator fan switchpanhard rodOE door and window weatherstrippingnew Fiat emblems front and rearnew tires in 2003 sorecommendreplacing due to age
The car was resprayed in the original 50th anniversary gold about 5 years ago. They didn't get all of the dents so let me list what I see in complete transparency if the photos do not show all:
LF fender repaired prior to my ownership and it shows asmall filler bump in the fender flareHood was replaced and it does not align perfectlywith the fender linetrunk lid shows some slight indentsaround the center emblem where one would push it closedslight dent in the top of the LR fenderdoor mirror mounting area hassome irregularity
The carpeting is new and the front and rear seats werereplaced and they are slightlymore tan than the door panels andcenter console. The door panels are specific to the 50th anniversary modelwith the dark brown trim on the upper portionwhich is worn but could be matched and repaired. The dash has two cracks, radio is missing, but the wood dash and center console are in very good condition, and all the gauges work (except the clock). The top does not have any rips and the rear window only has some minor hazing in the lower corners. The car runs excellent, starts, idles, accelerates like it should. This model is so much improved from earlier smaller, carbureted versions with the L Jetronic EFI, 2.0 and 5 speed transmission. It has no fluid leaks, noises ordrivability concerns and is a great car to just drivein top down weather This 50th anniversary model, in particular, can more than hold its value since only 1,000 were made, it has no rust, and all of the mechanicals are in excellent condition.
Thecar was last registered in CA in 2007 and I have a clean CA title with no back fees. It is in perfect running condition and test drive/inspections are welcome. Ihave alift so a complete vehicle inspection can be done on property.
